Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly longer. If there will be a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Time

Because Ambyrn works with a global network of suppliers to bring you the best styles at the best prices, shipping times may vary depending on your location and the item(s) ordered.

Please note: total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or high demand periods (e.g. holiday sales).

Multiple Items / Split Shipments

Since our products may be sourced from different suppliers, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Ambyrn is not responsible for these charges, and they are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Ambyrn is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately here — we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
